Guests of Campsite Den Driesch can use the indoor swimming baths and gym "de Polfermolen" free of charge. This is only a five minute walk from the campsite. In fine weather you can also use (free of charge) the large open air pool with its grass sunbathing area.

Our unique location close to the centre of Valkenburg (500 metres) makes a stay at Stadscamping Den Driesch highly suitable for motorhomes. All local attractions, places of interest and places of entertainment are within walking distance of your motorhome!

In addition to our paved pitches we can now offer special 'comfort' pitches, semi-paved pitches with water, sewerage, electricity and a cable TV connection.

We also offer special 'overnight' pitches for guests just passing through.

Cyclists

Valkenburg makes any cycling enthusiast’s heart beat faster. After all, who doesn’t know the Cauberg? This most famous mountain of the Netherlands has been climbed twice by the racing cyclists of the Tour de France! Yearly, many cycle races for professionals and amateurs are organized here.

The perfect training area for taking part in pleasure rides like Alpe d'huzes. You can depart from the camping site, but also from the one and only Dutch cycle pub: The Amstel Gold Experience
